Souls of a Nation site

Souls of a Nation is a project by New York-based artist Joe Ward. It’s an exhibition that features life-size portrait drawings of people who have been impacted by systemic injustice. To accompany the exhibition Joe needed a website that showcases the drawings as well as the background stories behind every portrait. I created a website that shows the images as large as possible, while also providing a pleasant reading experience for te stories.
